What you do: 
Fill in the Online Hire Request, including your group and how you would like them to receive your notification (email or text to their mobile). 

What we do: 
We programme the individual Spot as per your instructions (Online Hire Request) 

I'm Ok - We will programme the unit so it will send out a message to five people (You provide below), whenever the I’m Ok button is pushed these people will receive either a text or email saying I’m Ok (the email will have a link to Google earth showing where the unit is. 

Track Progress

HELP - We will programme the unit as above with your list of contacts. The same result when the button is pushed but it will say HELP. 

9-1-1 (0-0-0) Emergency Response - This will also be programmed and if this button is pushed it alerts GEOS (an international search and rescue organization) who will coordinate the search and rescue. 

They will notify: 
Your Primary contacts 
The emergency services in the country where the unit was activated 
Your Embassy in the country where the unit was activated 

We then create a shared webpage and forward a link to you and your group, your group can then follow your progress in real time using Google Maps. We have the unit(s) delivered to you and deduct the charges from your credit card.
